Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Service Pro ("the Service", "the App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Pro is operated from the United States. The Service is provided at service-pro-us.com and through its native iOS and Android apps.

2. The Service

Service Pro is a scheduling and customer-management tool for independent service professionals. Features include appointment scheduling, a calendar with day/week/month views, customer records, leads, basic reports, and optional Google Calendar sync.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will not remove core scheduling features without reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including customer records, appointments, and notes ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter customer information into the App and for complying with applicable privacy laws when handling your customers' data.

7. Google Calendar Integration

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and user-initiated. Service Pro's use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular business purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated inside the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
