1. Who We Are

Service Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a field-service management application for independent service professionals and small service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Service Pro, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Service Pro is operated from the United States and accessible at service-pro-us.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the app:

Account information — your name, email address, and authentication identifier from your sign-in provider (Apple or Google) or from email/password sign-up.
Business data you enter — customers, appointments, leads, payment-method selections, and settings you create inside the app.
Google Calendar data (optional) — only if you explicitly tap "Connect Google Calendar" in Settings. See Section 4 below.
Subscription & billing — handled by Stripe (web/Android) and Apple In-App Purchase / RevenueCat (iOS). We do not see or store your full card number.
Technical data — error logs (via Sentry) and anonymous product-usage analytics (via PostHog) to keep the app stable and improve features. No raw customer data is sent to these tools.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the core scheduling and customer-management features.
To process your subscription and confirm access.
To sync appointments to your Google Calendar when you connect it.
To diagnose crashes and improve product quality.
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your information, run ads inside the app, or share your customers or appointments with third parties for marketing.

4. Google User Data — Limited Use

Connecting Google Calendar is entirely optional. The app works fully without it. If you connect it, Service Pro accesses your Google Calendar only to:

Create, update, and delete calendar events that correspond to jobs you scheduled inside Service Pro.
Detect changes you make to those events on Google Calendar so the app stays in sync.

We do not read or use unrelated events on your calendar, your calendar settings, or any other Google account data. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings, which immediately revokes our access and stops all syncing.

Service Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we do not use Google user data to train AI/ML models, we do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide the calendar-sync feature you requested, and we do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you explicitly request support or as required for security, abuse-prevention, or legal compliance.

5. Where Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (US region). Authentication tokens, including the Google OAuth refresh token used for calendar sync, are encrypted at rest and accessible only by the Service Pro backend.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run the app:

Supabase — database & authentication.
Stripe / Apple / RevenueCat — subscription processing.
Google — only when you opt in to Calendar sync.
Sentry — crash reporting.
PostHog — anonymous product analytics.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

7. Your Rights

You can at any time:

Disconnect Google Calendar from Settings.
Cancel your subscription from Settings or from your platform's subscription manager (App Store / Google Play).
Request export or deletion of your account and data by emailing us at Evyatar.ez27@gmail.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. Once you delete your account, we permanently remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes).

9. Children

Service Pro is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated inside the app.
